All orders are sent out via Australia Post from Brisbane, Queensland.
Rates of postage
You agree to pay us postage cost as calculated at checkout & is calculated on weight & address. If there is an error in calculating postage costs we will contact you before processing your order to discuss options.
How long does my order take to ship?
Orders will be processed within 48 hours (Monday to Thursday) of receipt of payment. Once the order is processed, we will do our best to post on the same business day or next business day. If there are any delays, we will contact you as soon as possible via email.
Casco Equine is a one-woman business & I ask for your patience as this handling period may vary, for example if I have a high volume of orders. You acknowledge that I am not liable for any delay in despatch of your order.
Please note that for any orders placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, & all Public Holidays processing for shipping will not begin until the next business day.
This may be longer during peak periods such as Christmas & the New Year period.
Delivery timeframes are dependent on Australia Post. You will be provided with a tracking number that you can use on the Australia Post app to track your order. Casco Equine is not liable for delays caused by postal services.
Your responsibilities
Please double check that your delivery address is correct. Returned parcels due to incorrect addresses are subject to a return to sender fee of $12 as well as a redelivery charge to resend your parcel to the correct address.
Do you offer international shipping?
Casco Equine is a small Australian Business & we do not offer international shipping.
Damages
Casco Equine is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact Australia Post to file a claim. Please ensure you have evidence of the damages.

What is your refund policy?
Casco Equine has a 10 day return policy. This means you have 10 days after receiving your products to request a return.
To be eligible for a return the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused with the foil seal in place. You will also need proof of purchase for the return/exchange.

Damage or issues
If you receive a defective or incorrect product get in touch with me immediately at hello@cascoequine.com.au. I will evaluate the issue & make it right, whether it means a replacement, refund or exchange.
Exceptions
We cannot take back sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
Once I have received & inspected your return, I will notify you if your refund is approved. If it is your refund will be processed back to you via your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to handle the transaction.
Change of mind
If your order has not yet been packed or shipped, we will issue a refund minus any payment processing fees. If your order has already been shipped, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
